I have a 30-day return/exchange policy. After 30-days of delivery, an item is ineligible for return/exchange. I only allow returns/exchanges on certain items. If there is a problem with your product or order, please contact me to make it right. I will work with individual customers as needed to make situations right. Customizable/personalized items are not available for return/exchange unless there is an error on my end that is 100% my fault. Customized items include items with specific names or dates, that cannot be resold. If you request a custom item (for example, based on a fandom) that can be resold, a return/exchange may be possible. If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, please do so as soon as you can. Personalized items cannot be canceled once I begin working on them. You will be notified the day before I begin.
