As advertised. Happy with the purchase. The kettle itself is good, nifty little thing. Brushed metal finish with a sturdy handle. Switch is tactile and clicky and has an on-off red indicator. Base has rubber feet – it doesn’t slide around when handling. The plug however, was a big 3-pronged one. Didn’t expect it, but our socket was compatible. So, check if yours is too. Performance Tested with the max recommended level of water (1.7 L). Came up to a hot temperature of around 50°C in about 2m30s. Makes hardly any noise for the first 2 mins. Noise starts to build up after that. Complete boil and auto shut off takes 6 mins.
